The Mission for this Position:

Job Description

Are you interested in getting into Business Aviation? Do you like being around pilots, airplanes, or airports? This may be the position for you, with growth opportunities into Charter Sales, Pilot, Accounting, Maintenance, etc. We want someone that wants to grow with our company. Please have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and open mind to learn the different facets of this industry.

Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned as required by management):
- Assist and coordinate client services such as rental car, hotel reservations, and catering for inbound and outbound aircraft
- Working closely with line service personnel and pilots to ensure all our clients’ needs are met
- Processing customer purchases and fuel transactions
- Assisting other departments when needed
- Answering all incoming calls, taking detailed messages when someone isn’t available, and transferring according to clients’ needs
- Coordinating services for aircraft such as hangar space, and fuel requests
- Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients, paying careful attention to client preferences and needs
- Ensure client areas, restrooms and facilities are in good and clean condition, as well as freshly stocked and current
Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:
- Answering customer calls and directing them to the appropriate department or party
- Processing fuel tickets and payment
- Interfacing with all of our departments
- Maintaining clean and tidy lobby and bathrooms
- Maintaining an upbeat and professional appearance and attitude
- Ordering supplies and stock as needed
- Communicating customer needs to the Line Department
- Any other requests by management
Qualifications
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently, in a high stress and fast paced environment.
- Highly motivated and organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- High school graduate or equivalent required
